Safe, Effective Cleaning Power

To formulate this product, we had to use a small percentage of chlorine bleach (only 5%). The chlorine is transported into the pores of the composite decking by a special formula of surfactant chemicals, where it can remove the stains within the pores of the decking without scrubbing.

Coverage Area

Each gallon of Spray & Clean will clean between 300 - 1,500 square feet of decking but the product may be diluted in different ratios depending on the condition, age, time of last cleaning and brand of your decking. For routine (maintenance type) cleaning Spray & Clean should be diluted 4:1 (4 parts water 1 part Spray & Clean, in that ratio 1 gallon of Spray & Clean would make 5 gallons of cleaning solution. In extreme cases Spray & Clean should be used straight without dilution.

Dilution Ratios

Routine Cleaning 4 parts water =  1 part solution

Just Became Visible = 3 parts water: 1 part solution

Visible Stains= 2 parts water :1 part solution

Very Visible= 1 part water :1 (equal parts) solution

Extremely Visible= No dilution ... this dilution is to be used in extremely rare cases
