Description:
Being based in the North East we had to employee the help of a Florida roof cleaning company to test our newest roof cleaning product that was formulated just for cleaning tile roofs. We found out real quick that water travels differently down a tile roof then it travels down an asphalt shingle roof. The top of the tile is round and forms a ridge; the water runs off that ridge and into channels were the water then runs down the roof. The water obviously does not stay on the ridge or the side of the tile long before it is in the channel being transferred down the roof, unlike an asphalt shingle roof where water runs smoothly and uniformly down over the shingles and off the roof. The shape of the tile caused a problem; the problem was that our roof cleaning product flowed off the tile to quickly, only cleaning minimally before ending up in the channel, and this would happen to any tile roof cleaning product or any liquid for that matter, something had to done. We added a natural product that we use in some of our other cleaners to help them stick to vertical surfaces, like walls, by adding this natural adhesive to the roof tile cleaner the product now sticks 100% longer to the tops and sides of the roof tiles thus giving our tile roof cleaner time to penetrate every pore and crevice before running off into the channel. The difference was dramatic and the formulation of the Tile Roof Wash was complete. Our tile roof cleaner removes dirt, grime, mold, mildew, black algae, moss and lichen by attacking the "roots" and weakening the fungus for an easy clean that last longer than traditional cleaners because of our products ability to stick to roof tile longer to clean more effectively prior to rinsing. As with all of our products, you do not need to worry about covering or wetting down your plants, our products will not harm the landscaping.
Coverage:

Uses:
Use to clean mold, mildew, black algae, fungus, moss, dirt or grime from concrete, clay or slate roof tiles. Use to improve the look of your home and to improve the value of your property.
Directions:
Mix ¾ cup per gallon of water, mix well, stirring frequently, allow solution to fully activate for 15 minutes prior to use. Apply with "garden style" pump sprayer; allow product time to dry, pressure wash off. Professionals mixing 20 or more gallons at a time can further dilute the product, 1 cup to 3 gallons of water.
