Spray and Clean Composite Deck Cleaner

Spray and Clean Composite Deck Cleaner cleans spots and stains from within the composite decking. Do you have a composite deck that has black stains and spotting that you can not get cleaned. Have you tried just about every possible deck cleaner but just cant seem to get the deck any cleaner? That's because the stains are within the decking, where you would think it would be impossible to clean but that's not the case.

Typical composite deck cleaners, clean topically and may work well on surfaces but are ineffective at internal stains. This internal staining became a huge problem for composite decking manufacturers because composite decking was supposed to be "maintenance free". The Trex company had a class action lawsuit filed against them for using the words "maintenance free" in their marketing. Spray and Clean is the only composite deck cleaner capable of cleaning in this fashion. To formulate this product we had to use chlorine bleach but only 5%, the chlorine is transported into the composite decking by a special formula of chemicals where it can remove the stains without scrubbing or rinsing.

Coverage	Each gallon of Spray and Clean will clean 250 sq.ft of composite decking.
Directions	Apply liberally to the composite decking with a spray bottle. Saturate the deck and let it sit for at least 2 hours, because of the summer heat many customers have saturated the decking in the early evening and let it sit all night, after a few hours or the next day you will need to rinse the residue off if there is any. The best way of doing this is with a light pressure washing. If a pressure washer isn't available a garden hose will work, sometimes the aid of a deck brush will help scrub off any residue. The composite decking will continue to clean in the weeks following the initial cleaning, sunlight and rain storms will further clean the decking and in most cases that extra time is needed for the internal spots to dry up and disappear.

I will never use anything else again. This product seriously takes the work out. My deck looks like we just put it up and it is over 6 years old. I've tried so many things but there was always scrubbing. I have 3 decks attached to my house and that in it self is a lot of work. Thank you to whoever came up with this formula - I literally sprayed it on and power washed it off.

I just wrote the president a letter thanking him for this product. I just wish I had taken a photo of my deck before I used this product, and one after. AMAZING how this cleaned the mold/black spots. After trying various products which absolutely did nothing, this deck is just like new again. The 3rd best day of my life...after my marriage...the birth of my baby....and then came Wash Safe!!!!My husband and I were horrified after spending $25,000.00 on a maintenance free Composite Deck!!!. Horrible Black Mold All Over>>>THE COMPANY REP said "Don't worry....something called "leaching" NOT TRUE....BLACK MOLD!!!... After reading the reviews and having the same issues. I ordered the product on 7-10-11 and it arrived very quickly (7-13-11). I applied it on my deck the same day with a small mop. Amazingly the mold was disappearing before I could finish applying the product over the entire deck.I hope this company never goes out of business because I will be purchasing the Mop and Clean every summer to keep my deck looking new. Hugs and kisses to whomever developed this product it is TRULY AMAZING. Also wear pants you don't mind getting bleach stains on while cleaning your deck with this product.I wish I could show before and after pictures.This product is worth the money because it works and you do not have to scrub. I tried three different products from home depot and nothing worked, as my daughters graduation party approached I searched the internet and found your product, skeptically I bought it because it was my last option and our deck was soo embarrassing with mold. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!! I spent a week scrubbing the deck with a competitors product before finding Mop and Clean online. My husband had felt guilty watching me clean our "Maintence Free" deck as he has a really bad back. Just spray it on and hose it off. You can even leave it on overnight and rinse in the morning!

True Story,
I have a composite deck that wraps around my entire house. The deck became so dirty that I couldn’t stand to look at it anymore. I tried every cleaning product on the market. My deck was so bad the manufacturer actually agreed to send me replacement decking. My husband built this deck and he has recently passed away so I couldn’t part with the deck being ripped up. My last hope was this mop and clean product. I could not believe the results. This product actually cleaned my deck.
