What are people cleaning with it?

Stains from mold and mildew on siding, in attics, in basements, lawn/deck furniture, garbage barrels, patio's, vinyl siding, children's toys or anything inside or outside of the home when you need something safe and effective to clean with. It's so easy to use just sprinkle a little powder in with some warm or cold water stir and apply to the surface needing cleaning. A 2 Gallon pump sprayer is the easiest way to apply it when cleaning large surfaces or a simple bucket and sponge for smaller items. There is a cleaning product for everything, this is the cleaning product for your "house".

Uses	Inside the home uses include: Tub, tile, toilet, sink, shower, spas, dishwasher, coffee pots, liter boxes, pet cages, refrigerator, wastebasket or any area where mold, mildew, stubborn stains or offensive odors are found, it's also great in the washer machine to brighten clothes, without discoloring them. Outside the home uses include: Vinyl or aluminum siding, gutters, window sills, patio furniture, grills, coolers, trash barrels, decks, patio stones, driveways, walkways, stairs, steps, mailboxes, RV's, boats, tents, or any where mold, mildew, dirt, grime, stubborn stains or offensive odors are found. Cleaning up from a flood: Floods cause massive amounts of damage to a home and proper cleanup in very important or you will end up with a mold problem potentially worse than the flood, some mold problems become so bad that demolition of the property is the only choice left. To avoid that from happening to your home follow my flood cleaning instructions and you can avoid the mold issues that will not only damage your home but could lead to severe health problems. Flood cleanup step 1: Remove all of the standing water; the best method is to first run a water transfer pump that will pump the water from the basement or flooded area out away from the home. Make sure that you disperse the water far enough from the home and watch the water to ensure that it runs away from the home. Once the all of the standing water is removed use a “wet vac” and mops to remove the remaining water. Flood cleanup step 2: ApplyHouse Wash to prevent any mold from growing or to remove any mold that has started to grow. House Wash is also a great cleaning agent, it has a percentage of soap in the ingredients to help clean, there is no need for multiple cleaning products the house Wash can handle the whole job. The product comes in a powdered form and when mixed with water millions of tiny bubbles are created and the bubbles get deposited deep in carpets, in any pores in concrete or wood and help lift all of the dirt and fungus to the surface to be cleaned off. House Wash is made with hydrogen peroxide and hydrogen peroxide will clean better than bleach and without all of the negative side effects of cleaning with bleach, it will not stain any surface, there are no fumes like there are with bleach, there is no chemical odor in fact the House Wash has a fresh citrus scent and most importantly we formulated the House Wash to clean from the bottom so that every spore and every bit of debris gets removed, bleach on the other hand only cleans “topically” and is not a “long term” cleaning solution. Use a mop, sponge or a “garden style pump sprayer” to apply the House Wash to walls, floors or any surface, let the product work for 15-20 minutes on the target surface, work into the surface with a deck brush or some tool to lightly scrub the area if it’s necessary, if there is no fungal growth than scrubbing can be eliminated just coat the surfaces well and let the product go to work, it’s a good idea to let the product remain on for 3 or 4 hours before starting the removal process, remove with a “wet-vac” or mop.
Coverage	2lbs will treat 600-800 sq ft 4lbs will treat 1,200-1,600 sq ft 10lbs will treat 3,000-4,000 sq ft 40lbs will treat 12,000-16,000 sq ft
Directions	Add ¼ cup per ½ gallon of warm water, mix well, stirring frequently, allow solution to fully activate for 15 minutes prior to use. Apply with spray bottle, mop or for larger jobs a "garden style" pump sprayer, scrub with brush or sponge, rinse well with water. For professional results, a pressure washer may be substituted for scrub brush and hose.

Because of a medical condition my son has I had to find safe product to clean with, I use Mold & Mildew Wash inside and outside of my home, where ever I used to use bleach I now use Mold & Mildew Wash it cleans everything without exception. (Posted on 10/5/10)

I wouldn't have been this successful with my power washing company with Mold & Mildew Wash, I use it exclusively to clean with. It such an easy sell, I just let my customer read the bottle and smell the product in Florida they are all use to the awful smell of bleach so when they smell this citrus scent I get the job.
