I live in Houston Texas and the humidity affects lighter shingles by really promoting mold and mildew growth. I used Roof Wash about 1.5 years ago and my roof still looks almost new. It takes a few months and some rain for the roof to start clearing but when it does, it looks fantastic. My roof was almost black but is back to a light tan after just one application done with a garden sprayer. I highly recommend this product. (Posted on 2/17/12)

I have a handyman business and use this roof cleaner many times. It works exactly like they say it does. Spray it on using a pump up sprayer with warm water and that's it. The cleaner does the rest. Unbelievable but true.

I've built the roof cleaning part of my company around roof wash. I've used all the different products - roof raider that was lye - bad to work with you hands the plants suffered, Bleach and tsp and your hands suffered again and the plants had to be covered, both of those seemed to remove the tar from the shingles, breaking down the shingle. Now with roof wash it doesn't hurt your hands nor the plants, and kills & cleans the algae,mold infected roof asphalt shingles without harming the shingle. (Posted on 8/30/11)

I added roof cleaning to my pressure washing business this year and was looking for a safe eco-friendly product to use. Working in washington state we have a constant battle with moss. We had ugly blacks streaks coming right down the middle of our roof, I sprayed a competitors roof cleaning product on my roof and just left it set up there alone like the directions said, 2 months of rain passed and nothing happened. I ordered your product and sprayed it on the roof streaks the same way, we got heavy rains in the following weeks and most of the black disappeared. I then applied one more coat of your Roof Wash and I can't ever tell the roof was dirty. My children came to visit and they thought I got fed up and replaced the roof, those black streaks were a real thorn in my side, I keep my home very clean, I'm retired I have nothing else to do. My home owners insurance company told me to remove the moss from my roof or have the roof replaced and gave me only 60 days to to so. I didn't have the money to replace my roof so I researched roof moss and found your Roof Wash, with in 10 days of applying the solution to the moss it had all dried up and shrunk it was barely noticeable and by the time the insurance inspector came back my roof was clean of moss.
