Attach this cleaning nozzle to the end of any pressure washing wand and you can clean a lot of space in a little time. Attach it to a long extension wand and clean a roof from the ground or from the ridge. Pressure wash sidewalks and walkways in a couple of passes.

The unit has a thick steel wall that takes the impact of the water pressure dispersing the water down the sides and out the 4 nozzles. I personally used to use this attached to a 6' wand when I was cleaning roofs. Standing right on the roof I would start at the top, on the very top course of shingles, push the 4 nozzle cleaner out and back on the same course, then drop down a course and repeat. Doing this all the way down the roof to the gutter, with the extension of my arm I could clean a path 8 ft long and 20" wide in about 2 seconds, just push out and pull back in. The wheels keep it the perfect height off the roof and the wheels rest along the upper course of shingles using them as a guide to clean in a straight line.

The nozzles sit about 6" off the surface. The wheels are made of a hard rubber which is beneficial because I have used some others that had softer rubber wheels and the hot summer roofs melt them quickly. This will not happen with this unit.

Note: If you do buy one, 1/4" 45 degree elbows come in handy to alter the cleaning angle of the water instead of lifting your arms to change the angle. The elbows are usually cast iron or brass and cost only a few dollars but i found it well worth having them in my tool box. They attach between the wand and the nozzle.

This "non marking" hose is a must have for any person doing exterior pressure cleaning, especially if you will be roof cleaning.

Stock black pressure hose that comes with the pressure washer when you purchase it, almost always leaves marks on any surface that it may come in contact with. The big example here and the most common spot marked up by black hose when roof cleaning are the gutters. Nothing can ruin your day more than marking up a nice white gutter with black hose. This sprayer is perfect for sealers. It comes with 3 different tips to ensure the sealer goes on uniformly and in a spray pattern that you can control. Sprayers in general spray in a "cone" shape spray, which looks round coming out of the tip, the spray nozzles included with this sprayer spray in a "fan" type pattern. The "fanning" effect makes it easy to cut in around trim boards, windows, edges, landscaping, etc. The "cone" shape sprayers are great for spraying cleaner because the coverage diameter is greater but not so great for sealing.

What is Zinc Roof Defense and how does it work?

What is it? Our Zinc Roof Defense is 99.9% pure zinc, it comes in a 4 inch wide roll and is simply rolled out along the roofs ridge line and applied with nails and adhesive to prevent the return of any roof fungus below it.

Companies sell different width roof zinc, why? what is the difference? the width of the zinc greatly influences the protection the zinc can provide below. The rule of thumb when it comes to roof zinc is that for every 1 inch the zinc is wide it will protect 10 feet below. So the wider the zinc the better protection. Most residential roofs have a run from the ridge to the gutter span 18-28 ft. we made our zinc 4 inches wide to give every roof more than enough protection.

How does it work? The "theory" is that as it rains, the rain water washes millions of tiny microscopic metal ions from the zinc which flow down over the roof, coating the roof with zinc and thus preventing fungus growth from reoccurring.

The effectiveness of the "metal ion" theory can be seen on most any fungus coated roof just take a look under any metal object on the roof, NOT aluminum objects like skylight flashing, but chimney lead, a metal venting pipe that sticks up out of the roof or best yet beneath a copper copula or weather vane, you should notice the area below it is free of growth

The two photos below completely show the effectiveness of metal ions washing over a roof, the top picture is of a 20 year old roof, the metal ions from the copper cupola above the garage keep the roof clean all the way to the gutter. To the right, below the chimney the roof remains clean for about 10ft from the metal ions in the lead flashing around the chimney but lead bleeds very few active metal ions, therefore we always suggest applying Zinc Defense below chimneys. Copper and Zinc give off the most ionic protection of any metal that can be applied to the roof. The second photo down is an 11 year old roof that has a perfectly clean streak right below the copper cupola. These two photos are clear evidence of how effective zinc is, if you have the opportunity to apply zinc to your roof, we highly recommend it.

This incredible heavy duty floor cleaner will remove heavy dirt, grease and oil build up from any sealed or non sealed concrete surface.

If you have concrete floors that need a good cleaning, this product goes along ways, just one gallon can be diluted 50-60:1 for light soils, 40-50:1 for moderate soils and 20-40:1 for heavy soils, so one gallon will go a long way. With this heavy duty concentrate just 1 gallon will clean about 1500-2000 sq ft.

Use this product for regular cleaning or before sealing or painting the floor and after for upkeep.

For commercial use this product should be used with floor scrub machines but it can be used manually by laying the product down and scrubbing the surface. The waste product can be picked up by a wet-vacuum or mop.

These "Quick Connect" tips are universal washing tips that connect to the end of any pressure washer with a "quick connect coupler (most every pressure washer has these connectors on the end of the wand) they were purchased exclusively for cleaning with the Wash Safe products.

The "Soft Tip" limits the pressure and softens the impact on any surface that is being pressure washed, use of these tips will drastically limit the potential damage that a "stock" pressure washer tip may cause. Stock tips scar wood on decks,mark up siding and also remove the grandules from the roof shingles.

The "Soft Tip" may be used on any surface and will quickly become your favorite tip to clean with, once you clean with one you will put away the stock tips. You can notice the round circular opening in the end of the tip, a stock tip has a flat narrow tip that produces a sharp, knife like spray of water that, like a knife cuts up surfaces, especially wet soft wood and roof shingles. These tips are the roof and deck cleaning contractors tips of choice. If you are cleaning a deck or roof we highly suggest the use of this tip to limit potential damage.

This pump is designed to pump out flooded areas, to drain swimming pools or to pump water out of ponds for irrigation purposes and many other uses for transferring volumes of water from one spot to another. In the pressure washing business this pump is hooked up to chemical tanks and a garden hose can be attached on the out flow. This pump will supply enough pressure to spray 40-60 ft in air, easily enough pressure to coat any roof from the gutters edge. This is a well made pump at an affordable price, this pump will last a contractor many years and shave off hours of labor for those contractors who use manual pump sprayers or back pack sprayers.

Reducing the inflow and outflow to 3/4" fittings to allow a garden hose to be hooked up is necessary if you will be using this pump to spray buildings, roofs, decks and other surfaces with a garden hose, always keep in mind when reducing a pump that you must reduce both sides equally or you could harm the pump. You will need 2" to 3/4" reducers, they are usually called "diaphragm" or "bell" reducers and they can be found at any plumbing supply center.

We have found that if this pump is going to be moved frequently that mounting it to a plywood base helps out. Another good idea is then mounting the plywood base to a 2 wheel dolly, this way it is easy on your back just roll it where ever you need to go.
